About Me

I’ve spent the past 24 years as an educational leader and coach at an independent school in Charleston, South Carolina. During this time, I developed a wellness program for middle school students that leverages their strengths, leadership skills, and spiritual life to clear the path for them to flourish in all areas of their lives. This program, Life 101, was recognized by Columbia University’ Teachers College and their Collaborative for Spirituality in Education (CSE). We became one of the 12 spiritually supportive leadership schools across the country as a result of the work we do with students and families. I’ve served Columbia University and the CSE as a fellow for the past 8 years and present bi-annually to educators, both public and private, at their Awakened School Institute and the CSE’s annual conferences. My mission now is to point these tools towards individuals and small cohorts of young adolescents and adults. My approach to coaching is very personal and is a unique blend of the Life 101 toolbox and the Ideal Life’s, I GOT This program.
