Dave Newell is on a mission to “align the misaligned” – building a successful consulting business that applies the Five Facets of Business™ operating system. Dave serves as a coach, consultant, and facilitator serving small business and start-up leaders to build out their c-suite leadership capabilities and provide the systems thinking and operating system needed to grow and scale a business.
Small businesses fail if the leaders fail. And, the failure rate for small business and start-ups is significant – 70% will fail in the first 5 years. Dave has advised over 150 businesses and more than 1000 leaders to grow, sustain, and scale their businesses. And he’s just getting started.

**Coaching Style**
Everyone benefits from coaching. And, at the same time, coaching isn’t for everyone. It requires an open mindset, a desire to do the work of growth, and a willingness to push yourself. Not everyone is ready for that and not everyone should do it. If you are looking for a coach, you also want to make sure that the coach you’re working with is in line with what you’re aiming to do.
Everyone comes to coaching for different reasons – wanting to achieve goals, find more alignment in life, establish a habit, change their work environment, build a better company or team. Where I focus my coaching is what we call “implementation coaching”. This type of coaching is focused on applying behaviors and systems to sustain personal and business alignment. It requires effort, operating in new ways, and will change your life for the better.
