About Me
Hi there 🙂
I am a Charleston, SC resident who has traveled the country on my journey to remain in warm weather. Originally from Connecticut, my husband and I have traveled in pursuit of wind and water landing us near family and in close proximity to the ocean. With a background in Marine Biology and a passion for watersports, I am a really fun friend to take to the beach.
With over 15 years of educational experience in the experiential education field, I have had the opportunity to work with students and adults of all abilities. The most fun I had was being able to communicate amazing information to an audience of varying interests. When working with people of all different backgrounds, one of the things I became most passionate about was better understanding how people learn. My experience in educational psychology prepared me for the work I do as an executive function coach. Behavior change is a challenging process that is dynamic and not straightforward. I love learning how people think, what their areas of expertise are, and making their day better by way of new strategies and skills.
I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to learn new things. I am so thankful that I get to continue to learn and share my knowledge with people in meaningful ways.
