About Me

Hi all!

I’m an Illinois native that can usually be found with a good book, trying a new crochet project, or enjoying time outside. I’m a former English teacher, so I am 100% a word nerd and will never pass up the opportunity to hear a good pun.

Throughout my time in the classroom I found that students were not getting taught the skills they needed to be successful in day-to-day life. I discovered the world of executive function coaching and I’ve never looked back. I am passionate about sharing what these skills can do to improve people’s lives. I can talk about EF skills and how strategies can be adapted to an individual’s brain for hours.

I am a firm believer in, “Learn what works for you, laugh as you go, and you’ll grow in ways you didn’t know possible.”

**Specialties**
I am an executive function coach that helps individuals improve their day-to-day skills, such as time management, focus, planning, prioritizing, organization, and self-regulation. We focus on finding strategies and tools to help individuals develop systems that work for THEIR brain.

There is no one size fits all at The Goalden System. We take an all encompassing support approach, where our clients are guided through 1:1 meetings, as well as between meetings in order to continue moving towards reaching their goals.
