About Me

Hi there! I’m Ross – a family guy at heart who’s happily married and a proud dad to three amazing kids. Born and raised in the Midwest, my journey has taken me to live and work around the world – from the city streets of Shanghai, China to the beach towns of Fremantle, Western Australia, to historic and charming Charleston, South Carolina. While living in Boise, Idaho, I fell in love with the mountains and my passion for downhill skiing takes me back to the mountains every year. Active in my community as an elected elementary school improvement council vice-chair, and a youth sports coach for basketball and baseball teams, I find joy in helping others figure out who they are, where they’d like to go, and how to get there. Exciting experiences have filled my life with a rich tapestry of stories and insights, shaping me into someone who deeply values every walk of life and every new connection. You may not be surprised that my Ideal Life Mantra is “Adventuring Together”.

On the professional side of things, my career too, has been quite the adventure—spanning global consultancy, climbing the corporate ladder in fortune 500’s, establishing new businesses, managing critical technology and business development projects, and even working together with my father and 4 siblings to grow our family’s manufacturing business into a recognized, global leader. I’ve worn many hats, succeeded and failed forward, and navigated life, career, and education transitions all along the way. Now, in my ‘I Got This’ framework coaching practice, I get to blend all these experiences to support fantastic people (and teams) like you to realize your dreams. Whether you’re exploring your path in Work, Wealth, Family, Community, Health, Wisdom, or Faith, I’m here to share what I’ve learned, cheer you on, and perhaps share a laugh or two along the way.
