How it All Began
In college, Mark discovered Stephen Covey’s The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People for the first time, and it set him on a course that developed the framework.
Starting with a series of small habits, Mark set out to test this theory for himself, by testing the framework in his own life. The result, positive impact on his personal and professional life.
